In these stressful times, a simple act of kindness can brighten someone’s day. It only takes a moment to do something nice and it doesn’t need to be huge to make an impact. Kindness really can be contagious especially when it’s genuine and sincere.
In 2003, HelpOthers.org created Smile Cards to be passed around in a pay-it-forward manner. You do something nice for someone and give them a Smile Card. They in turn do something for someone else and pass the card to them.
