Give And Take Things Needed Or Wanted Freely
Imagine this… your television broke. Now sure, you could run down to the store and just buy a new one considering you have the money, time, and don’t worry about deals and saving money. On the other hand, you could get a perfectly good one for free!
Now be it, it won’t be a brand new plasma with a nice warranty that you can show off to your buddies. However, it could be free. FreeCycle is an organization that has local sections all around the country that is run by a volunteer local person, and is mainly done through the internet. You simply go to their website and see if there is a local chapter in your area. If there is, you sign up. Then you can use the message boards to post things around your home that you don’t need or want anymore to see if there is anyone else who may want or need it. You can also post if there is anything you need or want, and hopefully someone will respond with your item!
If there isn’t a local chapter, you can sign up and volunteer to start one! It was created to help people and keep more trash out of our landfills, and is a great resource.
