One of the biggest womens health issues facing the female population today, has to do with body image and size. Fitness over fashion, has become a battle cry for the average female, who is more concerned with feeling good in herself, than in feeling good about how someone else sees her. Whether a woman is overweight by her own standards, her doctor’s standards, or the nebulous figure accorded by body mass indexing, if she is fit, it’s likely she has far fewer womens health issues than others who purging, binging, or yo-yo dieting.
